Alough TOP44 is a short, early flowering strain, It can still benifit from using the bule spectrum during its short veg cycle.
In my experience with TOP44 pre-flowers usualy show after 3-4 weeks of veg. Once you start to see the pre-flowers, get her under your red spectrum and flower away.
p.s you can also mix your spectrums and use both right for the plants whole cycle.
