top leaves curling up but still green and moist

so i have a trainwreck plant and the top leaves are starting to curl inwards and are still green and moist growing in soil using a 10-15-10 concentrate cfl light and feed or water every two/three days looked up every symptom i could find and saw now pictures or explanations of my plants conditions

You are very confusing with "10-15-10 concentrate CFL light and feed or water", but if you post some pics you might get some answers.
