i remember when i had a spider on my outside window..... i would go out and feed it wasps(that i would kill) that were under my front step...it was awesome to watch it eat them... and often it would build a new web actually quite regularily...it stayed for about a month...til the lanlords replaced the window...so i had to move it ...and it wandered off, guess it didn't like the new window
