Topping?

is topping your plant a good thing or a bad thing?

i read the other night that some strains don't really like it - but, what it will do is cause the plant to shoot off multiple big colas where there would have been just one.. some people top several times and end up with a bushier plant i imagine..

so, i would say it is a good thing unless you don't have the space for the plant to bush out or you know that the strain you're growing is one that does not tolerate topping..

well i topped a clone and it was the actuall top and that stops growing completely where you get the 2 colas is the branches that grow to become the new tops
(sorry if it dont make sense jack daniels and kush got me a lil fucked up)

I firmly believe in topping. I do it during veg. It causes the plant to become bushier than it would have had you not topped.

Ive had good luck with super cropping.. But it all depends on the pheno..
