There are many different opinions on this, just like there is with everything else in this game, and there are many different correct answers.

The main thing to know is that it will really depend on your strain, some strains take and need a lot more topping than others. Some strains you do it earlier, and some strains you do it later, so this is something you will need to figure out for whatever particular strain you grow.

Just for a quick example, a Bubba Kush plant is going to need a lot LESS topping than an OG Kush plat will. With an OG Kush plant sometimes you can top the thing 4, 6, 8, 10+ times.

Having said all that, you generally want to wait until there is at the very minimum 2 nodes, if not 3. Possibly more since it's from seed, it might need to get a stronger stalk first before you top it. Hence why I say it really depends on your strain.

So what strain are you growing?

1 white(wonder woman) 1 Kush and a few good seeds i got from bag.

some times it depends on how strong and big it is, well at least that what i have done.
i planted 2 seeds same tym same conditions and one is stronger than other, but mine was only 3 weeks old and i fimmed it took of more since.
you see your plants all day time if you think they are strong enough top them, but i'd recommend fimming.
