Tops dying issue.

this is happening to two of four plants, it’s affecting 4-5 tops out of plants with 10-12 tops. So far I’ve just cut back about 6” below the lowest affected leaves.

The only thing I can think of is a borer, but I’m in Oregon and that doesn’t seem to be an issue here, I can’t find a hole anywhere. I’ve thoroughly scoped multiple leaves with 30x and 60x mag and see no pests.
The rest of affected the plant are healthy below this shit. Has me baffled.

Kinda looks like a non mobile nutrient issue, given that the lower leaves look OK. Possibly a lack of sulphur. Let’s see what others have to say.
