Ohhhh ohh! ok! No wonder it took 2 days, the whole thing was like 4.7 GB right?

Those are DVD files, I dont use anything but VLC much thought so....
With VLC:
File -> open directory -> point it to that folder

Alternatively you can just burn those files to a DVD and play it on your DVD player.

Edit: dont pay for torrents man, I sure as hell never have for my 200+ movie archive :D

Hahah that sucks man, heres some tips:
Use:
Mininova.org or BTjunkie.org
Swesub = Swedish subtitles
Fre or FR = French
Span = Spanish
DE = German
There are some others.

Torrents with AXXO are the highest quality available and are in english. Always.

Happy Pirating!

hahaha... fingers... your funny. fingers. where do you come up with this stuff?
man they should let you preview these things before you download the whole thing.
I just finished downloading 2 more copies of it. and one was in spanish again. fucking spanish people! BAD NO !!! bad spaniards!
and the other one was the audio of the movie in english... 2 seconts after deleting the audio. I said FUCKKKKK If I put english words over spanish words that are on english words to begin with, I would be watching it in english... but it was too late...
and it says the next copie will be done in 3 houres... and will probably be in fucking german or chinese... or even worse... ... alstralian... :)

are those 2 websites different torrent sights? do I have to download anything from them? or just tell my torent thing to look for their movies?
I'm retarted... and on top of that I dont even know what a torent is... or a computer for that matter.. and the room just shifted to a diagnal position... I think...
and a few of the vidoes in other languidges were even labled ENG... lieing pirateS!!!!
if your going to be a pirate. at least be an honest one... right?

totaly off topic... but somthing I've always wondered... in world history... from 1-12 grade you learn world history about 3 times. from the begining to now... and al the countries. but you never learn about alstralia. except that prisoners went their.
and you never ever ever even hear of pirates being mentioned in history. why is that? do people not believe in them?
when were pirates pirating it up anyway? like the 1700s?

DE is german!?!?! crazy germans... not even bad enough that they have to make the whole world war it up 2 times... but they abriveate german with DE... no wonder why hitler was so pissed off... nobody knows why they were pissed the first time though... probably just that time of the month

If you open the folder that the file is in, it should show you for example:

"Movie.avi"
or
"Movie.mpeg"
if it only shows up as
"Movie"
then go to the windows explorer menu(assuming you're using windows) and select "View"
, then
"Choose Details..."
check the box next to
"Type"
Click OK
then there should be a column showing the file type. Make sure your folder view is set to Details.

VLC is great, I have a Bluray rip of Hitchhiker's guide in .mkv format, it's crystal clear.
If VLC didn't play the file, it might be compressed. Let us know what the file extension is.(The part of the filename after the . i.e.: "RIU.avi")
Hope that helps.
BTW what movie is it?

hahah, what ever your smoking pass it here!

Yeah those two site are completely dependable torrent sites. hahah dude..
I am so computer retarted... that I have no idea what that means... dependable torent sights... I only first heard of a torent a month ago... and I still dont know what one is... or if its legal. and whats the diference between a torent downloading sight and a sight like limewire, ir imesh, or kazza. you can download files and movies and all that from both sites. so what makes a torent a torent?

I'm soo confused!!!

Dude just go to wikipedia and search for "file sharing" or p2p and you should get informed about torrents. But heres my interpretation. When people download files off of torrent sites (movies, music, photos, etc), they need an application to download the file (azureus, limewire, kazaa, etc). The .torrent file is usually very small and only tells the application certain things it needs to know in order to download the file (i.e. the tracker http://www.mp3powa.com:2710/announce). Usually the torrent site will tell you the "health" of the torrent, which are leechers/seeders. "Leechers" are the people still downloading the file, while "Seeders" are people who have successfully downloaded the file and are sharing it. The more seeders/leechers the better and probably more faster your file will download. That is why it is called "file sharing" or "peer-to-peer" because you are downloading from many sources, as opposed to downloading straight from one server.

P2P is totally legal and is used very much among open source communities. But downloading of copyright material is illegal. Most of the world downloads copyright material and it is highly unlikely that you will get caught.

I myself use Azuerues as my application, they recently made it more user friendly too. I am starting to download HD content for my movies, either HDTV, Blu-ray, or HD-DVD rips. It takes up oh so much space on my computer, but the picture quality is amazing.

mininova.org is a very clean site, with usually good quality torrents, and it's better maintained than most too.
isohunt.com is another good one, though not as clean and organized, there's more on it, and it's safer than piratebay.
Download uTorrent and use it as your torrent client - it's free and well coded.
Basically you need to do some research. So as not to confuse you, here's a very simple lowdown: You go to a torrent site, find what you want, click the link, then it will use your torrent client (one you've installed) to open it, and will start downloading.
Hope this helps
