Tranplanting from aerogarden to DWC.

i have 5 easy rider autoflowers and 1 kannabia lablanca in my 7 pod aerogarden. they are from 2-4 inches tall. im going to transplant the 5 easy riders into a 18 gal. rubbermade tub DWC. and the lablanca into a 5gal bubble bucket. its my first grow and im worried ill shock or maybe kill them. im using clear plastic storage containers for hydo nets, i dont have grow rocks available so im using aquarium rocks. i plan on removeing the sponge from the aerogarden plastic cone holder. i think i know what im doing. iv just never done it. any pointers or tips to boost my confidence??
