Thank you everyone for the info!! All of this helped so much i have some knowledge saved up in my memory bank now :)
I been looking a lot into bigger yields mainly from veg. time and lights I was wondering with say a 80-90 day flowering time plant is veg for 2 months and flower for 1 month will this give me a bigger/properly mature end result or is it plant specific genetics saying it has to flower for 80-90 days?
Right I've just re read the post and I think I know what you're getting at if the flowering time is say 80-90 days and you flower for a month the plant won't finish flowering so the yield will suffer.
Also remember that unless you grow outside the space will most likely be limited a 60 day veg in hydro would be huge and in flower the plant can double or triple in size so yes the yield should be bigger if you can fit it in your space and get enough light over it and flower full term.

That makes complete and perfect sense thank you for clearing that up for me :)

Flowering doesn't start till after veg.

Seedlings = 1 to 3 weeks

Veg = 4 to 8 weeks

Flowering = 8 to 12 weeks

Total = 12 to 24 weeks

Clones are at least sexually mature, which could shorten the time frame by 2 to 4 weeks.
This is only an example of time frames. It is totally dependent on stains and setups and ability. Also having two rooms allows you to overlap these time frames.
Good luck and plan well.
