I need to transplant from a 3 gallon pot. This is an outdoor grow and was thinking of just putting her straight in the ground. I am scared of damaging the roots and dont want to cause any shock. this plant is almost 3 ft tall and Just showing preflowers so I figure it has to be getting root bound. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated!

Dig a hole 3 times the size of your bucket and put good soil in. Then transplant your plant to the hole. Water well should be ok but not the best way to go into flower.
