So i transplanted my girls into their 5 gallon buckets today and the move didnt go so well; lost some roots and was not as easy as i thought. Will the lose of roots cause much damage to the plants, or do they just need time to repair and if so what is the best way for them to repair? maybe just shutting light off for a day or two?
any help

Continue with your normal light period they'll be fine. Weeds are very resilient.

Also feed extra nitrogen and maybe some revive by advance nutrients. Dont mess with the light schedule though.
