transplanting plant from soil to bubble system

Hi buds i have a few plants in my grow tent and i am running out of room they are in 3 litre airpots at the moment but i have 20 oxypots so what i want to know is could i somehow wash the soil off and put them in my oxypot bubblers, or is this not going to work the plants all have around 10 nodes and are about 10 inch tall they have been vegging under 250 watt cfl for 2 month at least but im wanting to put cooltube in there but dont want to keep going with soil, is this possible or will it result in deaths

I've transplanted from both coco and soil to DWC and end up cutting off most of the roots and then they create new more water-resistant roots in no time. I wouldn't do it with plants that old though, just finish this run on soil.
