It has the 3 prong 30 amp. I don't plan on using the internal panel though, my electrician friend said he could install a subpanel in the trailer being powered by the box outside. He has only seen pics so when he comes to check everything out I guess he will know better. In addition to the 30 amp , there Is also a 15 amp circuit on the outside panel that isn't Being used yet. Based on what I have told you do you think 240v is possible? All I need is a light and tv in my living space so almost all of the power will be used for the grow.
I wouldn't know if it is possible to get 240 volts from that box. Only your electrician can verify what's inside that box.

Not crazy at all one of my best friends is doing the same thing but I think his trailer is a 50 or 60 foot double wide master bedroom and bathroom been converted into grow space and a 5x5 tent in kitchen it's pretty sweet and he is right smack in the middle of the park too
Sounds like a hell of a setup for a double wide, that's awesome. This is what I'm workin with.

Good deal and I know everyone keeps telling you one flower room but if you had 2 separate rooms you would only lose half your crop of it became infested with mites or mold or something but if ones working for you roll with it

I just moved from a great apt in sf to a trailer in the country haha. I own the trailer and space rent is very cheap. It's all part of a long-term plan to get some property.
I bet you're saving an arm and a leg being out of SF. My In-laws have a great place in Mill Valley, Marin. My wife and I looked at houses up there.$$$$.... I'm just gonna remain living down in Socal for now...bongsmilie

I never thought about that but you make a good point. I'll be framing and Insulating after christmas so I have some time to change plans if i need to.

And if you use foam insulation to separate the two rooms your only losing an inch per room ( if you use 2 inch insulation) and if you grow two strains at once they could each have there own flower spot but one big room is nice as far as feeding and pruning and all that jazz

The insulation isn't for temperature control, you like it because of its rigitity?

I was planning on going with the pink insulation that comes in rolls, unless there is something better I should use.

The foam board was just a suggestion if You decided to make two rooms instead of one that's all and if you wanted to insulate the exterior walls it would be less mess no itchy shittyness and if you ever wanted to remove it from trailer would be a lot easier

Well I'm gonna have plywood, put the insulation in between studs then another piece of plywood so the insulation won't be exposed. Thanks for the advice though.

Rigid. Not sure what the constraints are but cut panel into a bi or tri-fold partician. Use gorilla duct tape for hinges covered with aluminum duct tape. To get it light tight use two independent panels. One folding the other to approx. 1/3 of the total width.

Now, how to lock / fasten them together?

Google ridged insulation.

Thanks for the input, that would be a great option if I was going to use it for walls but I am gonna use plywood. Pretty much I'll just frame the whole room with 2x4s with plywood on the outside, stick insulation in between the studs, then cover the inside with another sheet of wood. Would work perfect for someone who didn't wanna use wood though.
