Traveling to Denver

I am going to Denver for a 4 day trip in mid April. Not altogether familiar with laws regarding dispensaries. Do I need a med card to purchase at any dispensary? Or can I just walk in and buy a small amount. Wish to sample what is out there compared to what I'm used to having. If I can't go in and buy, how easy is it to find something special out there? Thanks a bunch in advance.

You won't be able to purchase from a dispensary unless you have a medical card! Retail sales to any adult are not happening yet! I'm sure mid April you can find a nice friend in Denver!

I will have to try lol. Cant' be too hard in a city that liberal, with hours at my leisure, to score onto something.

Chewy is right.
No sales at all are legal atm. Retail stores are still 8 months out, if they ever figure out the laws.
Craigslist is full of buds for "donation" but this is technically legal, you are not allowed to be renumerated for your meds. Although the cops don't appear to be arresting any buyers at this point, just sellers.
