Trimming plant

I just put my plants into 12/12 and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to trim the fan leafs to allow more light to the bud producing areas.
tell me what you all think.

I am a newbie myself, but I have read multiple places that that is bad to remove the fan leaves unless they are already dying off because the fan leaves give the plant power.

Do not chop the fan leaves! She needs it for photosynthesis and for some other reasons. The plant will get rid of it l8er when its dying and uses all the resources she got stacked. They look tight bro keep it up

You can easily bend any bigger, light-blocking leaves out of the way of direct light if you want to. Just tuck, bend, weave them if you wish. I'd go into more detail, but this is probably about the 8,765,475th thread asking the same question.
