Trimming

Ok.... I would like to pack many 6inch. rockwool cubes in a 4*8 flood tray. I have seen pictures where all the lower leaves are trimmed and the only thing left is the top colas. How can I accomplish this? Is this a good method? Thanks in advance...

i wouldnt trim too many leaves because your bud production will go on da downlo. The leaves take the sunlight and convert it to energy for the buds. You can trim but not too many

some day trim, some day dont trim. check out my journal in my signature, i trimmed 70% of the leaves and the buds are growing healthy. even the stems from the bottom branches are producing equal sized buds
