Alright been reading and noticed a few different ways i know i am just tripping my self out since i am in the middle of the trim. But i have read two different waves to trim

One way
Trim all the dead, fan, and tips of the leaves that do not have trichomes on them, leave all the closer leaves on then put them into dry. After they are dry then trim all the closer leaves and thats your trim for hash or all the other good stuff.

Other way
Trim all the fan and dead leaves put them aside, then trim all the close leaves with trichomes for making hash or whatever. Then put your buds into drying.

Was wondering what you all do!?!?!?!

second time trimming and i still flip out  dont want to hurt the little ladies since they have been so good to me.

Trimming is easiest when they are freshly cut down. If you cut more than you can trim I put brances into a bucket with a little water so they don't wilt. once they wilt they become very difficult to trim. When it's dry you can also but I only do it as a last resort.

I have made a half LB of bubble hash as a result of saving all the good trim from my outdoor this season. Half Lb of by-product, not to shabby.

trim before drying for a cleaner job, you cna really pull the stalks off etc, if you do it afterwards, the leaves will mostly just break off and crumble, but you might leave a lot of stalk in the bud
