Tryin to decide what to use to gro dro! plz help

Hey just trying to figure out what to grow in. I'm going to be recieving a high grade dro clone soon and just tryin to figure out what to use to grow it in. The strand of weed im not sure of, but its dank. Its for personal use only so i don't have to pay 50 bux for an 8th of it.

MY first idea is a "Earth Box" but friends are telling me i need to grow it in limestones or something.
Any one have any opinions or suggestions?

I'm a noob to growing just figured i'd let you guys know.

well i get mine from a person who knows a person for like 10 USD.
Its legit stuff, cuz he has the best smoke in town.

do you want soil or hydro?

You don't know how to grow. You will not finish a a grow using hydro. Get some dirt and read the grow faq.

a friend of mine was telling me something about growing out of a 2 liter bottle, because my budget isn't that great for this project.

so i should just go with the earth box then?

is growing with out dirt alot harder?

You are going to need to lern a hell of a lot about growing plants, Hydroponics and then what works for Cannabis.

I don't agree with Ganji2. Hydroponics isn't difficult and a noob should have no problem growing this way. It all depends on what system you want to use.

I found Dirt very hard to grow in, since moving to hydroponics things have gone much better.

You say you don't have much cash how are you going to grow it. Under lights? this is expensive to set up.

Look into Hempy Buckets, thats about the cheapest hysroponic system there is.

You shouldn't need to ask this question if you read up on your subject and stop lisseing to the shite people tell you about growing. Unless they can show you a system that is working and the results they are getting, there wasting your time.

well i can show a few picture's and the way he asked this question would lead me to believe he would be smart to put that clone in some good dirt with a few cfl's around it while he does some research, maybe even into hempy bucket. The 'fact' that you had problems with soil is not relevant, its been done millions of times with out problems. Since he has a limited budget and we don't want him to waste his time, we are going to suggest he get SeeMoreBuds book Marijuana Buds for Less. It has a picture or two in it. VV

Well my budget is probaly around 50 USD so i figured i'd be able to get some cheap lights and stuff to grow it in.

Yeah i guess im going to have to read some more on it today. I just figured i'd get some ideas from people on how i should grow these clones.

dude instead of wasting time just save your duckets for a real light and hydro system.put the clone in soil. $50 dollars probably wouldnt even cover all of the soil you will need.

Listen to VV and the rest. Put your clone into dirt 1st, for now. Make sure you don't kill it. Read some stuff. Buy your equip. By then your clone will be larger, you will more than likely be replanting it in a larger pot by then. Take some clones. Experiment on different systems that you like and are comfortable with, using the clones. Whatever happens, at least you have a viable mother plant to work from. Hempy buckets seem the shit. Try DWC. Also go to the contests section and read content on the contest entitled "shot glass grow", or something.

listen if you only have $50 the hempy bucket is the easiest best way to go..... 1.00 for a container, 4.00 for perlite, you have $45 left to get some nutes and some cfls that will get you going easy...........

Oh you're right. Hydro IS the best smoke. Its ALWAYS super potent and resinous. Plus, its a hydro clone. DUH GUYS.

where do i go about getting these? would a walmart or something have em?

walmart has everything you need to start a hempy bucket grow, I will pst a link with instructions in a sec, or you can just check my grow .... i set some up and have them under a couple cfls

Wow pretty suprised noone laid it out for you yet, come on stones share the love.

You are gonna need to get the following

1-0-0 organic soil,
get a 3 gal bucket
you can get away with a 250 watt hps if your only growing 1 plant so get that
While your at it you should get all the nutes you need so get a 1-38-18 for preflower which i would use until 2 weeks before harvest, since its ur 1st grow working with a whole bunch of nutes will be to confusing.
PH test kit
Roll of mylar
Small 6inch table fan

Just bc your getting a dank clone doesnt mean that you are gonna get drank weed, if you fuck it up u willl get shit and yeild shit. you have to take care of your baby in orer to get good green, it takes more then just a good clone

Hello, I bought three Growbright 25 watt bulbs on ebay for $15 plus S/H, three fixtures for $6 each, air pump-$10, air hose-$1.50, air stone-$2 and
Miracle-Gro-$9. All from Wal-Mart! I used pebbles for the medium and seeds where Leda Uno from KC Brains-$18.
The end result was two oz of great bud that sells about for $100+/oz.
I grew it in my bed room closet with a small fan for circulation.

Umm what? how the fuck did you do that. seems like bullshit to me, how many plants? u got 2 oz out of 75watts of cfl's? No way u got 2 oz sry i would give u 3 grams
