I'm in the middle of dealing with a runt.. Its recommended to separate and leave in veg for longer .. If it's not possible to separate.. Try pruning the top sprout it'll postpone the grow and help the rest of the plant catch up.. Then at the end you'll just have that one to grow a lil longer after you harvest the rest

Yeah i agree mate this suprising is the oldest out of the 6 but had a hard time germinating but it's got 3 tops and i aint even topped it lol

Looks like a few problems there mate it looks like your your watering too often let the soil dry up between waterings and looks like you been over feeding possibly causing nute lock out they're only small and feed once a week is plenty and id you are spraying them spray them 30 mins before lights come on or if you do foliar move away from lights or the heat will dry and make them look burnt. and when you pot up get add more perlite your plants will thank you for it and you'll notice that it's difficult to over water with a 30/70 perlite soil mix goid luck
Pics 1 and 3 just look over watered slight burn the 2 leaves that are yellow is normal seedlings at that age unless it starts on the bottom leaves again, pic 2 is in trouble so first let soil dry up a bit so the pot feels light then just give her some water til you get a little bit of run off next time feed it half nute strength healthy dose of rhizo normally picks them up a but get your watering foliar feeding right things will come good

hi I didn't watered them now for 3 days but the upper leaves turns brown any idea wats going on

Mate by the looks if things your still spraying them and looks like your foil is creating hot spot burning the leaves but what I also see now is the leaves curling which tells me you've definitely fed them way to much in the past salt has built up causing ph to go too.low locking out nutes , if i were you press reset either flush it with the volume of the pot twice leave dry out a bit or pot up into fresh soil perlite 70/30 start again feeding once a week until they perk up. 1 thing I would do too is move the light 2 inches or so higher although cfl don't give off much heat it's enough to burn fragile withered wet leaves especially when close to a tin foil reflector stuff use mylar or flat white bin foil.
First water them now a little bit if the leaves to stand proud by tomorrow press reset do what i suggested good luck they're only small remember don't need much care feed or anything til you start topping and tying
