For less than 2$ at a market, i got a yucca root and aloe leaf. I've heard ppl praising them and wanted to give it a shot. The soil improved aLOT, less chunky.
So today instead of an Epsom salt bath i added some tumeric powder that cost 99cents  words can't describe the sensation of healing im feeling.

So I can't help but wonder what a pinch of that powder in a gal would do:rolleyes:
What do you guys say, think they'd turn neon?

Tumeric will have no health benefits for your plant. But it is good as a natural pest preventive. Ants hate it. Its a good way to keep them out of your veggie garden. Might be a little unnecessary indoors but it won't hurt anything.

Sprinkle the powder around the base and leaves of your plants, or steep fresh turmeric in water and use it as a spray.

Or use it to make OHN, with some garlic and ginger,,,,,,,then it will have massive health benefits for your plants, they help the immune system and SAR.

I searched all over for fresh tumeric root for my OHN, but had to settle for dried from a local indian market

Cannabis grows well with turmeric as a companion plant, same with aloe, same with basil

Oriental herb nutrient, real easy to make, search Korean natural farming, Master Cho or go to where I got my inspiration from .................... http://theunconventionalfarmer.com/recipes/immuboost/ ............they call it Immuboost here, but it's the same thing and these plants seemed to like it
Dam thanks DonBrennon! Seems like you've tried it, how did your plants compare with the ginger garlic n turmeric?

I can't say that the OHN has given me a definitive improvement, because I think my soil quality has improved so much recently, but these Asian farming techniques have been used for a long time with proven results, albeit with other crops
