turning seeds or plants male?

I know, I know... Why would you want to? Simple really I have a clone only strain that works well for my mental disorder. I would like to make one or the other male to make seeds. I prefer to grow them that way. Also if I need to take a break I would"t lose the strain

Any ideas? Anything would help. thanks

Even if you cross a male of same genetics it wont turn out the same.

You could try to stress a plant and make it go hermie - it will produce seeds then.

. I was thinking more of something along the lines of a chemical that i could use on the clones that would induce a hormone change in the plant. Like using silver on seeds. I know all of the offspring wouldn't be exactly the same. Who knows, I might like the weird ones better. I would be crossing the male and female version of the same plant so it would be interesting to see what dominate or recessive traits would pop up.
