We aren't "people" to them, more of a nuisance really. They remind us constantly how they are only doing this because of the courts while treating us all like criminals and second class citizens. Bogus laws/rules/regulations are going to bring bogus companies. Patients suffer. The circle of crazy continues.

A lawyer might help them to grow better meds.
Any LP who would ship inferior medication like that, to any patient, under the idea they are helping and what they thought they grew was up to par, should be sued outright!!! ANY QA???!!!! should know that is pure SWAG/SHIT/CRAP/GARBAGE.

File s claim against them for selling bad medication.
That medication was not grown properly. There for, it's not medication.



As long as you have been to the doctor and have a case showing you are ill. Nothing more needed. Being scared isn't an option if you a person who is legitimately sick and you have asked and were denied by your GP. Have him sign a paper stating that. He will do that I'm sure

The lawsuit would have to have a bit of a different angle since HC does not consider mmj approved medication. This way they are in the clear if it comes to bad medicine claims and suits.

From what I've been reading the timeline makes no sense and the product is stuff they purchased and irradiated.
Also, the "sold out" strains were of incredibly low quantity to start from what I've heard, so it makes sense that they're "sold out".
