Twisted leaves, irregular growth.. (PICS)

Ok, so I started noticing that my plants leaves have started twisting. Not all the leaves but hear an there top, bottom, and middle. Also on some of the twisted leaves they seem extra dark green in the middle. I couldn't get a good picture of the top of the main stalk but it also has started growing at a weird angle an just doesn't seem right..

I've done some homework but seem to only be getting mixed answers.. I've seen where it could be Mg, Cu, Zn, or B def. Either way im not sure what I can add to make up for the Cu, Zn, or B. I'm using the flora series with some blend and floralicous plus. I also added a little ViaMag. Any advice would be appriciated. Thank you for your time..

to me it looks like a zinc problem
i don't know this'll help but experts gardener flowering plant food 10-15-10
has trace chelated zinc elements

they say it causes shorter/tighter growth at the top with zinc def.
is this happening to your plants? (and yellowing)
could be sumthin else...

The only time my leaves ever twisted I fed them to strong a solution. Explains the DARK green too. I also see signs of heat stress.
Let me say this as well. Proper PROPORTION of nutrients is how you should look at this situation. For instance.. A Zn def does not nessessarliy mean that there is not ANY Zn. It could mean that there is TOO MUCH of everything else. And therefore not enough Zn by comparison. (just using zinc as an example)
You are thinking you have micro nutrient deficency when you actually have too much of everything else. Think in proportions not in amounts. :) And Good luck with your grow

Thank you for the comments..

This is my first time growing indoors. It does seem like the plant is rather short and more stalky than it should be. There is alot of growth going on and really bushing out without alot of height.

I have taken note on having everything in proper proportion but I have cut the recommended strength down about 25% an im ending up with about 370 ppm. Is this about where I want my ppm to be at right now? ( 5 week of veg ) I've just added a fresh air intake fan and it lowered the temps by about 10 degrees. So im hoping most of the heat stress is over. I've never really seen a guide on where to have the ppm's at and when..so any help would be appriciated. Thank you for your time. Everyone here has already been so much help. This is the number one place to come for quick and ready information. Thanks!

This is what I have been adding to my two 2 gallon res.

Total of 4 gallons..

FloraGrow - 12.5 ml
FloraMicro - 7.5 ml
FloraBloom - 2.5 ml
Floralicious Plus - 1 ml
FloraBlend - 10 ml
Hygrozyme - 30 ml
ViaMag - 1.5 ml

For a total of 370 ppm...
Im in my 5th week of veg
hows that look to you??

Ive seen this with ph imbalance in some of my indicas. To be honest it looks like
a mag deficiency caused buy imbalance in water.Im pretty sure its not a zinc prob.
because that is very distinct looking.
