Two autoflowers 83 days from germination, should I harvest?

One of them is indica, which is the one of the photos, I want it to make me feel relaxed but there is the 'controversy' of THC vs CBN. I've read that if you harvest milky 95% and very few amber ones you will get energized and not relaxed smoking indicas, and I don't want that. I could see a few amber trichomes like 2-3, but surprisingly they are not like a 'mushroom'.
The bank stays 80 days for the indica (critical+ auto 2.0 from dinafem seeds).

From top top medium the plants seem equal in therms of 70-90% of orange/red pistils, from middle to bottom the pistils are 35% orange.

This is the first time I have heard Sativa strains and relax in the same sentence?

Sorry I'm not fluent in English hehe. I said that some people say that if you smoke 90% milky indica you will get 'sativa high', like nerves and fast thinking, and I don't want that (just want to relax), that is why I am asking if I could harvest or wait until I see more amber. thanks :)

Do you have these sources?
Because I have never heard any such thing in fact the opposite

Looks pretty good. You're probably early in the harvest window now but let it ride another week or two maybe to get more amber trics and the more relaxed, or sedative smoke your looking for.

The rough guideline is an earlier harvest with mostly cloudy trichomes and very little amber will give a more "energetic" high in general (but not neccesarily sativa like, just less couch lock). A riper harvest with greater amounts of amber will have higher amounts of CBN will be more "couch lock" or sedative/relaxing high.

I'm currently on day 91 of a northern lights Auto....based on your pictures I think you're probably ready but it just depends on what you like
