Two Small Plant Problems.

My plant has like 2 tiny yellow spots at the edge of it's leaf, and it's leaves are somewhat droopy, I have too going, both using the same water, same type of light, same lighting hours, and same soil.

The bottom leaf in the first picture you can see a yellow spot.
The second plant is doing really well.

Pic's are somewhat fuzzy & I can't really see the spots you are talking about - but the plants are very small & will not need a full strength fert regime yet. Concentrate on keeping soil moist & not wet - watering once a week or so. I use 4 gallon buckets (soil) with two plants each & early on weekly watering until it flowed out the bottom (I drilled holes in the buckets).
