Typical Yield...what is it?

What is the typical yield per plant to expect with 400 watt HPS?

How many grams are each of you getting per watt, i.e. 400 watt HPS making 200 grams equals .5g per watt.

Can anyone put their yield in grams on here with the type of set-up you have?
