My best guess is the poster wants his/her account deleted. RIU does NOT allow you to delete your account. So when users that want to leave find out they can't delete their account they tend to get all pissy and post a bunch of nonsense posts.... hoping admin will get fed up and delete the account.
LOL.... usually admin just locks them out from logging back in.... but the account remains....
