Here's some guy who just got arrested a few hours ago for a felony drug charge, still living in the same house as the people who turned him in, and now he's using his personal computer to admit his guilt on the internet? And talking about getting revenge, too? That's beyond stupid, if it's true. He never heard of cops coming back and seizing your computer as evidence? And this is someone who was raised by lawyers?

That's what I was talking about when I advised him against taking vengeance on his roommates because I didn't think he was smart enough to get away with it. And that's why I think we're wasting our time giving him advice. The basic problem is that if he is telling the truth about all this, he's obviously not smart enough to benefit from anything we tell him.

And the taxes and the high cost of land,,,,the traffic,,, no thanks.... I moved here from Florida 10 years ago. to get away from all that stuff. We have no sales tax, no income tax, just property taxes....and we get a check from the State every year for living here LOL...our profit sharing for the minerals that the oil companies and others take from the state...

It would be hard to find a place with a better summer than here too.. And in Anchorage the winters are fairly mild.

ive actually been considering moving to a med state here in a few years if things dont start looking like legalization on a pretty big level...@ LEAST in my state. Bu things are moving up where i live. felony possesion has been moved from one ounce to one and a half ounces (not a big jump but any little bit is progress i suppose)

The wheels turn very slowly when it comes to the issue of legalization. I wish they would just see the big pictures. Between taxing and selling it, the government would make much more then they currently do on fines. Plus, the amount it cost them in a year to keep all those marijuana arrests in prison must be in the 10 of millions. So in reality they are losing money when they could be making money.. The answer is easy if you ask me. Legalize it..

very true. and think of how much better the economy would be doing by bringing all that money off the black markets and putting it on LEGIT markets?

they tell us the economy is doing bad, My 401K is lost almost 6 grand this quarter. I know it usually goes up but, it's never lost this much. You would think the Government would do anything in it's power to better our Economy. There must be alternative reasons for not legalizing it... Who's getting paid to keep it Illegal????????
