Ultra-Stealth for good health

The bandwagon has coaxed me to hop upon it, and so the ultimate rubbermaid stealth grow shall ensue.
It needs perfecting. Two 20 gallon rubbermaids, some ambition and some constructive criticisms. (plus some other shit)
It needs to be odorless yet well ventilated and well lit without showing any glow or source of light on exterior.
Going with 8 cfl's and 2 t5's. t5's horizontal on upper lower rubbermaid, right beneath the lid. (due to there being a lip from connecting the two rubbermaids)
and then mounted on upper rubbermaid lid will be the 8 cfl's. Also combining this mixture of lighting for when the beauties need light
on the underside when they get, well, beautiful. t5's will grace their underbellies.
Making an insert that conforms to the entire 2 story rubbermaid construction lined with suitable reflective material to block light and
obviously double as a spreader of rays. THEN mounting the lights.

Have this whole idea seemingly down to a T is assuring except for a few things.

Would like to know if it would be better to use 6 6500k cfl's and 2 2700k's for vegetative and then switch the ratio during flowering, or just purely use one set
of the spectrum for each. Also, the wattage for 2-3 beauties is beyond me, any input there would help. 100watts to each is what this guy has heard, so it makes him want to double it.

2-3 is all that can fit in the construction, just to reiterate.

As for ventilation, this guy has wired up pc fan rigs to 12v adapters connected to surge protector to mount, but need to learn more about passive intake/exhaust? and how to construct a suitable filter, be it carbon etc. help in this area would be extra helpful. (or just better ways to ventilate in general)

Will post pics throughout construction.

sounds like a good setup. Commander strax hit the nail on the head with those links.
