Unanswered cloning question

I have read and looked and seen all types of literature about cloning but have not found and answer for my question. I wanted to know if this is to small to clone, and will it grow roots. It was the top of the plant till i topped to create a clone, Although most clones are 3-4 inches in height and have allot more stem length and veg on top.

There's your answer...you need side branches not the tops.

well does that mean its pointless because it felt like it was missing something but I still wanted to try it since i was topping anyway. Also it does have fan leaves and grow sites for new growth so its worth an effort i guess, I was just wondering if someone has done it before and what was the outcome/ how likely it will grow roots.

ive cut my plants in half an cloned the tops.... they have alll rooted....
remember not 2 have 2many fan leaves, an i like to keep the stem abt 2-4 inches
