Unhappy plants

Hey guys, first attempt at an indoor grow and I have some curling leaves, not exactly sure what I’m dealing with. I’ve read it could be lack of humidity, or maybe my light was too close. The guy at the hydro shop suggested it could be thrips (bugs) If anyone’s had a similar situation and has advice it would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a pH issue.

I get ro water from work and test it after I mix my nutes with a quality pen that’s calibrated often, unless the ph drops a bunch over a couple days after I get it home

You might be into something though, I just checked with my strips at home and it looks like it’s around 5.5

Good coco info site for new or seasoned growers.

I would lean towards a pH issue as well; your coco looks pretty dry btw.

It is dry, I just transplanted yesterday. Bet the issue happened long before transplant

Getting my new led hooked up today, pretty fuckin stoked. Should help with over heating issues

Coco should never dry out......plants should be fed daily at a 6.0 pH.
Consider using your tap water instead of r/o.......unless your tap is un-drinkable by humans.

the reason I’m mixing my nutes at work is because I don’t have a ph/ppm pen at home yet and I thought ro water would Be easier to And better for my plants. As for them not drying out I was told that when you transplant a new rootball you should only water the area where the roots are
