unidentified bugs - not gnats or mites

do they jump, fly or crawl? are they hard or soft bodied? ehat part of the world are you in?

oh yeah my bad i didnt think to say lol

they fly they have wings like ladybugs

there small and pathetic so they crush easy but they do have a slight shell

as you can see from the pics there shell almost looks like a seed, and im from england

aww... i had an idea until you said you are from england around here i would say it was a leaf hopper. but i dontknow what bugs are in your area. catch one and put it in a sandwich bag and take it to a local nursery, they should be able to id it.

and if they are in there they must be eating something. whether its leaves or other bugs, i dont know. a nursery should be able to id it pretty quickly.

+1 on carpet beetles. thats exactly what it is 100%. just kill them. ive had a few in my closet they dont harm the plants but i kill them and dont see them anymore. w
 
Thanks. This helped me out too because I had what looked pretty close to same thing as yours Killer Vanilla, on my plant. I had 2 of them. I killed the first one and came back a few hours later and there was another one. So I killed that one too. I just hope that no more appear.
