Hello, I'm very new to riu and after a few months of lurking around the forums I decided to finally start asking some questions and seeing how I'm doing. Before I found these forums I knew nothing about growing, so I would like to thank all the people that make this community great. 
The 4 plants are all unknown strain and all I know is they called it Jamaican Kush. Don't how reliable the information is and i haven't heard any strain called the same, so its unknown.
The Babies:
Unknown Strain - 30 Days flowering
The set-up:
1000w HPS (Flowering)
4 Waterfarm hydro sets
Ionic Nutrients including boost
Hydroton Grow Rocks
This is the basis of my flowering set-up, I don't really wanna go into my veg set-up because I believe that isn't a big problem for me. Recently I had a slight problem with the height of my plants adjacent to the light, these buggers keep on getting taller. The problem finally came to a climax when I noticed one of my nicest colas had the top of it burnt to a crisp. I was wondering if I should just chop the burnt part off or if it can make it. Please any information would help.
Also, another one of the plants has started to show stunted growth and the leaves have began to turn yellow, I think this is a mix of heat stress and nitrogen decency, but I could be wrong.
