Unsealed grow room inquires

Hey there fellow growers, I have a couple questions for you knowledgeable growers out there. I’m on my first run and I kind of jumped out there growing in 300 square foot unsealed room. My question is, is it harmful for my temperatures to fluctuate approximately 5degrees up or down whn the lights are on or off? Secondly what’s the cons as well as pros to running co2 in a unsealed room? Thanks in advance 4 suggestions.

1. A 5 degree fluctuation shouldn’t be an issue.

2. No pros only con running co2 in an unsealed room. Big waste of money

You are goldin with temperature swings I run 75 79 and at it drops down to upper 60eds as always thank you for your time and any co2gas will help your plants it just won't stay very long

FwiwI added a cpl of theCO2 release bottles in my 6x8 flower room (not sealed) and it was a huge waste of time and money. They literally didnt change the CO2 level in the room one single bit.
Just being in the grow room and breathing for a few minutes increased theCO2 level by 200+ points

Ok thanks, I really appreciate you guys feed back. I’m thinking I’ll hold off on tht co2 until I get this room sealed next run. I have another question if anyone feels to answer it, so is it the cold night time temperatures tht brings out the extra colors in the plants and if so, whn should I drop my temps and how low? Thanks again for u guys time and suggestions
