Up for debate - two issues

Ok guys I want to hear your opinions on two different issues.

1. How do you feel about a day or two of darkness directly before harvesting? Do you think it does anything? Do you do it yourself?

and

2. I've been reading some people saying not to trim their harvest until it has dried out a little bit. I always trimmed immediately after harvest, but am thinking maybe this time to wait it out. What do you do? Do you wait until it is a little dry to trim?

1. I've done it myself and noticed no difference to ones I let chill for 12 in dark even none.

2. wondering this myself, I trimmed wet last time. I did starve then of water the last week though. My concern is the trichs will fall off easier when dried.

Some strains go nuts during an extended dark period right before harvest. Others not so much. As far as trimming goes, I do a bit of both. A quick trim of the bigger stuff then after a couple of days drying I trim a little more. Just dont wait too long. As they dry things tighten up and make it a pain in the ass to get a close trim.
