Update on my Tent - Flowering in Progress

These lovely ladies were turned over to 12/12 on 4/5/16. This means we're twenty days into flowering and I think looking pretty good. It's a little crowded so I did just enough light pruning in to let light get to the lower branches easily. I think they are looking pretty healthy.

The two big ones are bag seed. The little one in the front is Lemon Kush from Herbies.

Fox Farms Ocean Forest and 250W HPS.

Included are lights on, lights off, and bonus developing nug porn.

Look a touch off being really good, maybe overwatered slightly. The new growth is noticably lighter against the older dark green leaves in the middle picture and the smaller of the plants seems most affected.

That is during lights off. They always sag a little in the dark but perk right up after the light comes on. The dark green is most likely due to the extra N they got fed during veg, i experimented with light dosages but nothing more.

I count flower start at first sight of pistils, not from light switch. Just my 2¢.
Looks beautiful though!

I do this too. I have it marked as pre-flower in my journal. The big one already had pistils and took straight back to flowering right away, as it was re-vegged real early in it's life. The first week I had it in it sat in the tent with my last grow under 12/12 and showed it's sex. I decided to experiment with re-vegging and you see the results.

The second biggest one just showed pistils like five days ago. So five days into flowering for sure on that one.

When they get bigger, some thinning will surely help you keep the humidity under control!
Humidity is at 40% during lights on but shoots up to between 70%-80% for lights off. I don't have any methods to keep this under control as of yet so I'll have to ride it out in these conditions.

Fingers crossed. Those conditions will affect growth, just so you're aware.

We recommend 55% humidity during flowering.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Depends on the humidity of the air outside of your grow room. If it's lower, pulling or pushing air into the space will lower your RH.

Room is a lot lower actually. 30% RH in the room. I'll try a little more pruning, took a look at them today and a lot of under brush that is getting very little light.

You should use the outside air to at least drop your RH during the night cycle. I would personally try to raise your RH a little when the lights are on.
