Updates on my trial - if you remember when i talked about it back when

So i had my motion to surpress the cops tape of my driving and my field sobriety tests. Judge ruled in my favor and said its incunclusive!!! So now i get to reopen my DOT case to get my license back

Maybe now i can drop my sr22 ins, and i wont have to take that stupid drunk driving class. Pretty happy. Trial date is 1/27. And during my Motion to surpress hearing the judge was yawning the whole time. Great chance now that im prob going to be found not guilty

@jon yeah i had a trace of pot left. If it was like 1 more week i would have accepted the urine test. But instead i denied it

So with the evidence the judge saw and the attorney general of my county saw they dropped the case So happy!!

Since the OWI got dismissed the DOT gave my driving privliages back. WOOT I CAN LEGALLY DRIVE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I BEAT THE MOTHER FUCKING SYSTEM. TOTAL BADDASS *Claps*

the people running the system don't like to be beat they will keep a look out for you
