Upgrade to led

There are a few posts like this all the time but it's my turn haha
I've grown with led before (a Chinese blurple cob and 2 area51 75w

But I no longer have these lights I'm running two cheapo 600s in a spare room but after a run or two I'll be back in a wardrobe and closet so I'll be looking to upgrade for when it gets hot
The flowering chamber in wardrobe is 36"x18"x40" and the closet is 2x2
In the wardrobe I was thinking of the 180 Hans panel maybe two of them and for the closet I was leaning towards a timber kit (a 200watt 4 cob cree)
I have plenty of time to look at other lights really don't wanna spend that much money
Maybe someone could walk me thru a diy solution for both areas?
Some of you guys are genius with the led but riu is my only place to run grow ideas over so please if u read this give me some ideas
Maybe a quantum panel in the wardrobe? How much are they now?

Thanks I haven't really been looking up led lately so the citizen chip is new to me but seems to be good from what I hear haven't really seen any grows with them I don't think
The only thing that's different between Cree, Vero, Nichia, Citizen, Samsung is the efficiency and price.

Spectrum at similar colour temps and CRI is going to be pretty much the same, or very close to the same.

Citizen at the moment is putting out cheaper and more efficient COBs than Cree.

Is 40 inches enough height to run cobs in my cab?
In there I usually run tiny containers and flower clones sog so about 32 inches of growing room
But sometimes I run 8 2 gallons in there and would only leave me with a little over two feet of room to grow and I think cobs have to be at least 12 inches way right?

It's generally recommended you run them about 12 inches away to avoid bleaching, but I see buds get within 4 inches on the regular without bleaching. If it's right under the emitter then you might see issues, but if they're not putting out a lot of heat you can get really close.

I have been hesitant about converting to the cob life but I've just about settled on going with the timber kits
I still really like the Hans panels and may get one to try I just don't see anyone using them around here and cobs are def proven
I'm thinking of the 200 citizen kit for my 36x18 flower cab
