Urgent: High TEMP Low Humidity

Hey guys I just put in a mars led the 600w (278w actual) and I'm having temperature problems it's running really hot in my tent, is there a quick solution to this? After nearly 12 hours of this light and high tempbetween 91-97 farenheight my plant looks worse than ever and is very droopy. I have no ducting and only that one small fan. I moved the fan, dangling on side below led, facing to blow on the plants. It seems to help but not enough and I couldn't find any fans at the store today. I'm afraid I'm gonna lose her if she has to go through this again tomorrow, what should I do about this?? Help please 20151205_144837.jpg

If you can not lower your temps, raise your humidity. It will keep the plant from transpiring all its moisture.
I'm going to Walmart tonight in a few hours to try to find humidifier and small fans, but I have not had the best luck with my local walmart. They are open 24/7 which is good but they almost never have what I need

I really don't want to have to send this light back.. unfortunately I already returned a 400w hps (very sad) because the ballast was too noisy for my house. Would T-5s be good choice to produce little HEAT and noise for flowering tent? I came from running 4x CFLs. What items should I look for at walmart tonight to help this issue?

Well look at all the reasons why its hot.. is there enough in coming air to cool it down? Is there exaust? And do u have a cool toube or hood that u can extract heat directly from the lamp itself?
U could look for a 150w -250 hps most of them 150s come with a built in balast and is not noisy at all. I think cfl could do but then ur sacrifice space and light spectrum. So look at them factors i still think HPS is the way to go.

I added these two fans one intake one exhaust but they feel really weak. I'm so nervous about my girl after 1 month and 2 weeks, I probably won't be able to sleep tonight. Also I have a warm steam humidifier but I'm nervous to use it in the tent, will it benefit plants or will it rise temps too much as opposed to a cool mist humidifier?

Well your venting needs to be looked at asap. With the temls being that high, you could cut a milk jug jn half and fill with water and leave kn the floor in your grow room for a short term fix. That heat will vap that water to add humidity. But your air movement needs to be increased with that heat.. heat rises, so get your intake as low as possible and exhaust needs to be as high a possible. Craigslist around for a cheap ac unit. Or look into a DIY cooling system...

DIY cooling system? That sounds like what I need. I just bought a puny humidifier from walgreens but it doesn't seem effective.

You need a swamp cooler to raise RH. You need an extraction fan near the top of your tent to pull the hot air out.

I've read hundreds of posts about how people don't like their Mars lights

Ok bro from what i see u dont have an inline fan, these fans are big and suck air out usually attached to carbon air filter. Its a must if ur growing indoors. Or ur whole house and ur self will reek of weed. But the other main reson for having one is to suck the hot air out. Them lil fans are just to circulate the air in side. U must get an inline fan.

You need to get your intake/exhaust tight or u may as well try growing some basil or something. Like bones said you're going to need an inline fan and filter to handle smell during flower anyway and it will help your temps and rh to be a little more normal. Forget getting a decent cool mist humidifier and return the one you got it you can.

Sears.com actually carries a better quality filter fan combo over the ventech crap I bought a few time from lowballer imo.

Here is a simple DIY cooling system..
Parts would run you under 30-40$. Dry ice is pretty cheap and a nice size chunk of it would probably last you a week or longer pending on the container and amount of air moving through it. But you could always just use ice as well. Dry ice would also add Co2 to your grow space. Hope this helps spark some creativity...
