US Federal Judge: US Constitution has no value

That is the great thing about the constitution. All you have to do is read.

Now days, you have to figure out whether you are on the secret list that authorizes the government to persecute you.

I wonder what rights President Trump will allow you to have?
Did you forget that I'm an Annunaki? You think a puppet president will do anything but what we tell them to? My lizard powers are stronger than your bullshit ignorance.

Well, yes and no. First off, read the whole Constitution and not just the bits about guns. Second, there are more than 200 years of law, court rulings and interpretations of the Constitution by the Supreme Court. Taken together, its a great thing. All you have to do is read but there is a lot of reading to do. Not something an old man living in a trailer in the desert can be trusted to do very well.

no, he's a cop. or a wnnabe cop that never made the force due to having zimmerman-esque personality disorders. he studied criminal justice then went to napa JC, which is a cop college for correction officers and cops and whatnot.

he's a real scumbag.
Strange, you'd think that the 'blue wall of silence' would WELCOME Zimmerman types - Are you frightened of non-Caucasians? Do you live in a constant state of racist vitriol and fear? Is your erection roughly the size of a hot dog? Do you feel a sense of POWER/'manhood' when you carry/fire guns? Do you secretly get off on large black men, sexually? (You don't have to answer that last one, it's totally cool, brah.)

The mind set of people pursueing a position in governmrnt is scary. They are there to uphold the constitution. If they feel its wrong. They shouldn't be considered. Or even be on any short list of anything.
Bull shit. If ever a document needed updated, that's it. It's not 1780...a black man is not 3/5 of a white man anymore...slavery is now illegal...women and minorities can vote...and many who signed that document would be in prison for life today for pedophilia and rape...

The real 'stand up' guys didn't come along till the 19th century and had to fight a war over racist constitutional concepts...and it wasn't till FDR that the country started to develope a conscience...and not till 1964 did this country start to change for the greater good of everyone...with assholes fighting against it with constitutional crutches...

Of course it should be updated. Definitely not worshiped...except by Fox Spews who would like the 1780's version totally restored...

Updated? Sure. Have at it. Amend the constitution, constitutionally.

The specific things you mentioned were changed legally via constitutional amendment, and now those things are abolished and are part of history but are not law.

If you think freedom of speech is a bad thing, then gather up your forces and propose an amendment that says something to your liking that grants the feds the authority and power to silence citizens, and then convince the states to vote for those changes.

It's one thing to say "change it", and quite another to say "ignore it". This federal judge is saying "ignore it". Queerly, that seems to be a popular opinion here at RIU.

Maybe it should be clarified who 'we the people' are exactly...

Some 'constitutionalist' justices seemed to think that corporations have the same rights as individuals...

1."Everything in the state". The Government is supreme and the country is all-encompasing, and all within it must conform to the ruling body, often a dictator.
2."Nothing outside the state". The country must grow and the implied goal of any fascist nation is to rule the world, and have every human submit to the government.
3."Nothing against the state". Any type of questioning the government is not to be tolerated. If you do not see things our way, you are wrong. If you do not agree with the government, you cannot be allowed to live and taint the minds of the rest of the good citizens."

How do you do that? So I take it you couldn't find anything on my personal information huh? Well except for my damn wife telling people about my baby dick!!
He fucked it up and got it wrong. He doesn't have any idea who I am.

He really, REALLY wants to be a snitch, though, so beware.

It's settled law. Fogdog approves of settled law, so you should also.
The supreme court rules that corporations are people and money is free speech. This is the law until the law is changed. The law based upon a really dumb interpretation by the right wing supreme court ruling will be overturned and Congress will pass legislation that makes it permanent. Until then, the GOP can eat sour grapes while they watch Democrats run them over using their own stupid court ruling.

A gang of men who were all hat and no cattle like Desert Dude, came armed and occupied a National Wildlife Sanctuary near my home. They tried to enforce their weird and narrow interpretation of the constitution. Menaced a community and looked like fools. One committed suicide by cop. Isn't now going well for the rest of them.

So to reply your statement, I don't believe in just ignoring the law or using arms to enforce my interpretation of it. I don't think the current laws supporting money as free speech or corporations as people are good laws. I support working within the system to make it better.

Fascists. Desert Dude's kind of people. They embrace racism too. Democrats will keep this country safe from his kind.
