Thanks so much for being you! I really thought i’d get a chance to meet you once you moved back to VA. Sadly that didn’t happen. Bless your fam and loved ones.

Sorry to hear of his passing. Hope his family and loved ones are taken care of and whatnot. I wish more in this industry, and life in general, lived with Useful’s type of ethos. Seemed like a somewhat younger guy too. Sad to hear.

Im absolutely crushed to hear of this. I was first a fan of his work and was fortunate enough to do testing for him which then evolved into a friendship over the years.
REAL TALK= When many others would reject the idea for worry of it effecting their own gains, he without any hesitation reached out to help me get my own seed venture going in total contrast to what may be in his own best interest. This one good deed speaks volumes about the mans character. There isnt much more I can say that hasnt already been said about his unwavering kindness, charity work, willingness to help, and distaste for drama. Many could stand to model their existence the same. I respected this man and his work greatly and he will be missed dearly by many.

Wow, this sucks! I never got to meet him but you could tell he was one of the good ones just by how he conducted himself here. Sincere deep condolences to his family. Does anyone know if there was a gofundme or anything set up to help with arrangements or the family he left behind? I don't have much but would be honored to contribute what I could in his memory. RIP captain Useful.

Well damn, what a shame! The guy always seemed genuine and nice on this board, brought fire and happiness to many..talented...damn! I was looking forward to stacking many more packs of his exceptional gear.

Wow this is terrible news he treated me so well over the years and ran lot of his gear he sent me bag of oranges and I made some crosses with them sent him seeds back last fall ..he was such a generous kind guy and true OG . This is real bummer

My 420 smokestash is entire Useful gear. Blueberrys & Chocolate + Double Dipped Strawberries. Such good strains.

I remember a few years back Useful posting after a while of being MIA. He wanted to let us all know that he and the love of his life were no more. That shit hurt to read even though I only knew Useful through his seeds. He had a great online presence and it's quite clear from people who met him, he was a good all around dude irl as well.

Useful will always live on through all the great seeds he has created.

Condolences to the family.

Super sad news to hear. He was a genuine light in the darkness. I hope you dig deep in that garden in the sky my friend.
