Using Old Soil from Previous Males

I've been told that shit would ruin future females crops because of the male pollen dropped in the soil???

True or False?

Water kills pollen... Or so I've heard

False, pollen isn't going to lay dormant in the soil waiting for a female. It may be depleted of, or have a build up of nutes depending on how it was used.
