Using Red and blue spectrum 125w cfls at the same time in 31 gal rubbermaid.

I was wondering if i ran 1 of each red and blue spectrum at the same time through the whole lifecycle of the plant , would it be better for the plant ? or should i just run 1 bulb at a time, blue for veg and red for flowering? thanks , also i plan on scroging . thanks for your help

Mixing spectrums is fine. The more light the better, as long as it's in a usable spectrum.
