If you look closely you can see the twine i use to tie down the baby. You can see 1 of the leaves has had 2 or 3 little parts cut off of it so that the light can get to the branches below.
Also there are some small yellow spots in two areas. When i look very closely it looks almost like a very thin layer has been removed from them as opposed to the leave actually turning yellow. When this started happening it coincided with the time i saw 2 little bugs on the leaves flyin around. I promptly killed their asses

ummmmm basically this LST thing is like having a few plants in one. everything that would normally be covered by the canopy is growing upward towards the light.
mmmmm not much else to report other than on wednesday i'll feed it for the first time with fish emulsion.
....still prayin its a girl.

Yeh, this LST is goin easier than i thought it would... no problems... just tie down bout half an inch more every day...
as i've said, my plan is to get this baby almost half way wrapped around the whole pot, then i'll do flowering. Actually, scratch that, i'm going to flower it regardless of its progress 1 week from this wednesday (nov.26th). then i'm going to hope its a female or else you're getting a new avatar

hey guys, i got a question for yall.
1 week from this coming wednesday i'm planning on going to flowering.
I've been thinking about getting two more cfls for my baby until then... but then when flowering comes around i'im going to want to get those orange/reddish collored cfls and obviously when i switch i'll need 4 of them.
Do yall think i ought to skip out on the two daylight cfls and wait till next week and get the 4 orange-reddish cfls instead?
i'm going to have 2 on top of the baby, and two on opposite sides of the baby to get as much light on it as i can.
btw, any ideas how my plant looks as far as male or female??
i know i ask a lot but..... my indica compared to some of yalls doesnt look as bushy... is it cause its bent over to the side maybe?

on ur cfl question, if thats all the loot u got, i'd go get the red spectrum cfls so u can flower with them, but id go get them now and just add them to the regular cfls. u may as well just keep all the cfl's you can get ur hands on over these plants. so veg and flower with both the blues and the reds. thats what i'd do anyways. the more lite the better. even if it all isnt necessarily the right color spectrum

add a teaspoon of molasses to a gallon of water or so and when you flower your buds will be more dense and i think have a sweeter taste, dovt quote me on that but i am pretty sure that is what it is for as far as lighting like you told me i need more so do you but as u get em just add em on and let that baby get all the light it can! on whether or not its male or female man the onlt way to tell is if ya got a set of balls of a big tasty vagina! so just hope for no balls!! but keep lookin and keep up the good work

Here are the pics.
Instead of bending the whole plant around the pot i've decided to just bend certain branches outward (with twin). so now my baby is growing outward basically.
i still hope its female.
i guess in a couple weeks we'll be able to tell since i've started the 12/12 lighting schedule today.
also, when i water it (about twice a week) i only water with fish emulsion. Basically i made a huge gallon of fish emulsion water and i'm just going to keep using it till its out.
i havnt had any problems iwth nute burn at all. actually my plant a few hours after using fish emulsion was perky and lush and green as heck.
also, if my plant seems "empty" in the middle its because i trim big leaves that cover up smaller and newer ones beneath them.

shit while i'm here i mind as well tell you about my thanksgiving meal.
it consisted of 4 grams of mushrooms.

me and two buddies just ate shrooms and watched animatrix and speedracer on my awesome TV.
throughout the first half of animatrix tears were coming out of my eyes.i dont know why though. i wasnt crying, its just they were coming out without my control lol. i felt like i was melting and that i might piss my pants too. i had a pretty bad trip, mostly because i realised how fuckin stupid my friend that came up from houston was. then i was losing my mind about school and how finals were coming up soon. i had a pretty good time lookin at my rugs though... they were all organic and life like'n shit lol
after the intense part was over i sat outside with my 2 other buddies and we were just totally silent and looked at the trees and their beautiful colors. some of the trees were this awesome pink orange color and 1 in my backyard was totally perfectly yellow and anotherone was blood red. we dubbed it the blood tree (like metalpocalypse lol).
anywho, that was my first bad trip on fungus... actually my second one. i dont mind the badtrips actually when they're over.... i seem to learn a lot more 'bout myself and the nature of things when i have a bad trip vs good one.
