uv and ir lights

i have the mars hydro uv and ir bars my question is should i use them right before lights out or right after lights on or does it even matter?

I run the UV for 1hr 2-3 times per day on a timer. They made the lights super user unfriendly where you need to manually switch them on/off so using the ir before or after lights on/off isn't feasible unless you're sitting beside your grow tent all the time which I def cannot do. So I started just flipping both switches on and running them for an hour 2-3 times per day cycle.

I'm gonna rewire it when I have a chance so both can run on a timer independently

Make sure you start slow like 30mins per cycle then up it.to.an hour then you can do more. Don't look at the UV and try to not be in the tent when it's on.
