UV Protection on Canopy

I'm looking into buying a 10x10 canopy for this season... But I'm worried that it might block too much sunlight. What are things you guys have done to prevent this? The label on the gazebo says "UPF 50+" seems like way too much sun protection for getting the right amount of sunlight.

Have you guys bought a different material to put over the top/sides? Any and all input is appreciated.

-Much love!

If ur lookin for just shading your girls then swoop up the green shade cloth you can get at almost any hardware store.

I guess the question i'm asking is that the top part that comes with the canopy i'm going to buy is assumingly going to be too good of a sun blocker... I want to just buy some greenhouse film and put it over the top but to me it seems like laying the film over the top of the canopy would be awkward? (because of the structure of the canopy tent and how it has a raised roof) Although, shade cloth is exactly what i plan on wrapping around the sides (for privacy)

Carport......
Much heavier frame for the same money. You can find used carport frames on craigslist for $20 sometimes. The tops wear out & paople sell the frames. Just hang sunscreen for walls & put some plastic over the top. It makes a beautiful ganja greenhouse. It will work way better than that ez-up.
Lots of pics in the links below.

I would listen to doublejj he's the carport greenhouse king! If your looking that hard to build a greenhouse why don't you just build one out of PVC its not that hard at all.bongsmilie
