Vaping And Anxiety?

I've been dealing with anxiety with weed ever since I got too stoned one time, and I now get some paranoia, not panic attacks, just some anxiety when I smoke, It also really depends on the strain.

I was wondering if anybody knew if vaping would help with anxiety. I have read that vapes release more CBD then THC, I'm not sure if this is correct or not, and any insight to this would be really helpful.

Also, I am starting my first grow, and I have heard if you harvest at 100% amber, you get more CBD. Also, does anybody know if there are any good autoflowering strains that are good for anti-anxiety?

Any help is very much appreciated! :eyesmoke:

Definitely vaping would be worth a try since you might react differently to different routes of administration. But it also depends on what setting you have your vape, so try to experiment with that as well if possible. Generally THC vaporizes at lower temperatures than CBD, so you could vape the bud at a low setting first, let someone who likes more THC smoke that round and then re-vape that bud at a higher temp setting for the CBD to be released and smoke that. Smoking pure indicas can also be beneficial to your anxiety as they contain a lot of CBD and generally less THC than hybrids or sativas. As for harvesting late, yes amber trichs will yield a more of a couchlock high rather than a psychedelic experience associated with earlier harvest. As for the autos good for anxiety I have just finished Fruit automatic (20% sativa, 55% indica, rest ruderalis) and I will be smoking it shortly (needs to dry first) so then I will be able to tell, although I would seek something completely comprised of indica genetics next time (it was a freebie seed). Anxiety is a biatch and finding the proper strain for you can take a long time experimenting, but it will be worth it.

hope this helps and good luck!
