Vaporizer selection

MFLB is underpowered. The AC supply pooped out, so after going through a few (still have the last one) it's on the shelf next to two I-Olites They both had their day in the sun.

The SSV is THE BIG HAMMER. I love mine And like Rrog, mine is on all the time...an on high, ready. And I prefer "hot" vapor as opposed to bag types, too.
I have a Supreme and Solo for portables. The Supreme is almost as good as an SSV, except you have to heat the thing with a propane torch....no batts to recharge. The Solo is a wimp, but is OK for work.
Yes, the Pax is a nice unit. Has the WOW factor when you hit it. Damn pricey, though. $220 is about as good as you will get one. There are some cheap "Pax" units [~$80], but be aware they are prolly knock offs.

Another Da Buddah fan here.

I LOVE that fuckin' thing.

If you haven't, check out youtube for reviews, I've seen quite a few good ones for all kinds of vapes.

Good luck regardless.

daBuddah is the low end SSV. Is that a "hands free" model?
I considered getting the ground glass fittings for the SSV...but having the wand in my hand assures me it won't accidentally pop out or pull the base over or off its perch.

When I work from home, I have my volcano right on my desk. It's perfect. If you want the highest quality vaporizer - and you don't mind that it's about as portable as a hookah (considering it's ac powered) - then, the volcano is the way to go. Of course, depending on the size, you can travel around the house with a vapor bag (the potency remains at 1hr+). I dunno.. I have mine on all day and I rarely smoke anymore.. My doctor likes that, so does my dentist. And I get real high... but not as high, so a daily toke is good sometimes... yeaa

I have run into meds that were better smoked. Not many, but,
I have gotten over medicated using my SSV and forgotten whether it was AM or PM. Maybe my tolerance is low...I dunno.

Hi Rrog,
as you have figured...I have the standard "fittings" on my SSV

it is a versatile unit. Not crazy about "bells and whistles" and it has plenty. I know several people that have them and are quite happy... I'll still take my SSV...given a choice

My SSV is on and ready if I just want a single hit. That's the beauty of this. I don't have to commit to burn a bowl.

volcano, it is impossible to look past it unless you are looking for a portable.

why didn't you like the magic flight, of the portable ones i have tried this gives by far the best "hit" if thats what you are looking for that is.

Not at all impossible to look past... lol. Why fill a bag with vape? What if I don't want a whole bag? What if I don't want to breathe whatever might be on or in the bag? Maybe I'm a bag-o-phobic?

I didn't like it because In my experience, and based on my needs, it didn't hit for shit. I recall pulling over by a lake, and getting out with the mflb, 10 minutes later and I could barely discern between whether I was high or sober. Havnt used it since. Only reason I haven't sold it because I like it as an object, its cute.

What if you don't want a whole bag? Don't fill it all the way up. That's like asking what if I don't want a whole glass of wine. As to what is inside, with mine it has a spring release valve. Nothing gets in or out unless the valve is open. One could just as easily make the statement what if I don't want to be inhaling the ABC inside of the whip. A hell of a lot easier to get dust etc in a whip than a bag (solid valve, never used the easy valve thing)

I can understand the argument of simply not enjoying the experience, but I have to assume this post was written jokingly.
