veg or flower?

My plants have been growing for about a month now. They are about 10 inches tall each. There are absolutely no signs of flowering yet. I want to start giving them ferts next week. Even though they show no signs of flowering Im going to give them big bloom and tiger bloom from now on, since it is the middle of august. Is this a wise decision?

you should only give it bloom ferts when you know the sex... at least thats my opinion

Their outside and not flowering yet. but they should be within 2 weeks so i dont want to by grow big ferts just to use them for a week. is there anyway to get them a little bigger with any household fertilizers like blood meal or anything?
