Veg Question?

When do I count the first day of veg? When I buy a clone I put it in a small pot. Then transplant it into a bigger pot. When you transplant it into its final pot is that the first day of veg? I only ask because I hear Growers say that they only veg for one month. When does their one month start? When do they officially count day 1 of veg?

Thanks

I germ my babes in a 4 inch (650ml) pot

after 10-14 days the 2nd true weed leaf has emerged

maybe the roots look out the bottom

if I haven't over watered ...lol

and move to the home pot 3usg

once potted to the home pot

THE START OF VEG

I stick in the ID stick with stain and date

and now know 60 days forth time to go bud

good luck

ps I do photo and auto like this

yes many peeps say not to transplant autos

but the time they are in the 4 inch pot

and the ability as a grower of 'Forcing' them outta the shell

makes up for any transplant shock later at pot up

I've not noticed any delay or shock due to this method

I do germ in Aloe vera solution and

once potted they are watered with Salic acid/aspirin solution

thats resolves any shock issues

good luck

I've never done clones. But I count veg for my plants from seed starting the day they sprout....
